UVAFERM 43™ is a Saccharomyces cerevisiae bayanus strain that gives high-quality sensory results in high Brix red fermentations and helps maintain color, red fruit, and cherry characteristics. Isolated by Lallemand Oenology in collaboration with the research center of Inter-Rhône in France.
