VITILEVURE 58W3™ produces high levels of varietal aroma-releasing enzymes
which leads to increased spicy, floral, and fruity aromas.
  • Wines are well-balanced with well-integrated acidity
  • Moderate fermentation rate, relatively cold-tolerant, and low H2S, and foam production
  • Saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain
  • Isolated by the National Research Institute for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (INRAe) in Alsace, France.
Frequently used in: Pinot gris, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Muscat, other aromatic whites, cider
