Our THERMIC trial kit contains two sticks per color profile of colors 1 through 5 and contains an attached instruction card. Use one stick per color to trial at 50% impact or both sticks to achieve 100% impact. Taste after 7 days. Blend back with unoaked control or between color profiles to achieve desired wine style.
