Opti-Malo Blanc (1kg)

Description
Malolactic nutrient for difficult White and Rose fermentations
Malolactic fermentation in Chardonnay wines can often be the last to finish. Lallemand researched this issue by looking at different peptide formulations, which resulted in the development of Opti'MALO Blanc. Opti'MALO Blanc is a unique malolactic specifically formulated for white and rose wines. Formulated from a blend of selected inactivated yeasts, Opti'MALO Blanc help compensate for amino nitrogen and peptide deficiencies. The bioavailability of certain peptides stimulates the growth of selected bacteria and shortens the duration of MLF, especially under difficult white winemaking conditions. It is OMRI listed.
To Use: Suspend in a small amount of water or wine then add directly to the wine 24 hours before adding the malolactic bacteria.
Storage: Dated expiration. Store at 18°C (65°F). Once opened, keep tightly sealed and dry.
