FINAL TOUCH TONIC® is a specialized preparation of liquid mannoproteins that
prevents premature aging and preserves quality of white and rosé wines.

Recommended Dosage – Bench trials recommended

• 200-400 ppm 20-40 mL/hL 0.75-1.5 L/1000gal

Usage: Add directly to the wine and mix. If the wine is to be filtered, it is recommended that the
addition be done 24–72 hours before the membrane filtration and that filterability trials be conducted
prior to filtration.
Storage: Dated expiration. Store in a cool, dry environment at <10°C (50°F). Once opened keep tightly
sealed and use within four weeks
