Sales Representative
General Manager – Beverage Integrity & Filtration
Onsite Technical Enology & Cellar Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Onsite Technical Enology & Cellar Specialist to provide technical support and deliver expert wine industry product knowledge to our customers.The Onsite Technical Enology & Cellar Specialist will primarily be responsible for well-informed technical support and guidance on the Scott Labs portfolio for both walk-in and remote customers. This is a customer centric position that requires strong market and industry product knowledge with exceptional communication skills.

- Greet and assist customers in all inquiries
- Enter, print, credit approve, pack and fulfill local orders (fermentation, filtration, cork, packaging and brewing plus any other specialty beverage product we may carry in the future)
- Monitor and manage inventory per internal SOP's, including any adjustments (expired or damaged product) in a timely fashion.
- Assist and resolve customer service-related cases
- Assist walk-in and will-call clients with placing/picking up orders.
- Support enology, filtration, & brewing customer service
- Manage our cases through our CRM platform
- Continuously grow product and market knowledge with a focus on how to benefit both the customer and the company; participate in educational opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to support and grow existing customer base
- Troubleshoot customer fermentation & filtration-related issues and guide customers toward recommended best practices for resolution
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 3+ years production scale winemaking experience
- Ability to use software applications, computer and office equipment.
- Strong customer service skills
- Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within changing priorities
- Organization, problem solving and analytical skills
- Reliable attendance
- Available to work M-F with some occasional Saturdays during harvest season
Location: Onsite – Paso Robles Business Location
Salary Range: $68K - $75K DOE

Accounting Manager
We are seeking an experience Accounting Manager to help support and assist in managing the financial operations for Scott Laboratories. The ideal candidate must be able to lead by example and effectively communicate and collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and guidance. In this role, the Accounting Manager must have excellent time management abilities and be passionate about leading change while inspiring and managing a team.The Accounting Manager will work closely with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting regulations, and efficient internal controls.

- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Intermediate/Advance Excel
