Add directly to the must, wine juice or other beverages. The pellets immediately dissolve after addition to the wine. Stir vigorously for several minutes. Afterwards, stir again 2-3 times in short intervals. Full absorption will occur within one day. Rack off as soon as possible. Bench trials are highly recommended.
*Note: for grapes with rot add 1g/hL per percent of rot directly to must. Example: Lab results show 2 % rot then add to must or grapes a 2g/hL add of activated carbon.PACKAGING and STORAGE
Dated expiration. Store in a dry, well ventilated environment as activated carbon is sensitive to odor and moisture.
